Tip to the ubiquitous instapundit on this story about the potential that the Canadian state may fail to persist by Austin Bay. In a scene that could have been written by David Foster Wallace, a combination of a money laundering scandal and Quebec seperatist aspiration is producing a dangerous scenario.
